India, Aug. 7 -- Tier 1 automotive supplier Tata AutoComp Systems, through its British subsidiary Artifex Interior Systems (Artifex), has signed a conditional agreement to acquire 100 percent stake in IAC Group (Slovakia).The move is part of Tata AutoComp's strategy to further strengthen its capabilities and expand its presence in the UK and EU markets.
