New Delhi, April 21 -- The Delhi high court on Monday issued a notice to the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and food delivery platform Zomato on a plea filed by the National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI), challenging its exclusion from the confidential ring that gives limited access to documents in the antitrust body's probe.
NRAI also urged the court to review the company's confidentiality claims.
A bench led by justice Sachin Datta tagged the petition with a similar plea concerning Swiggy, in which the court had issued notice in November 2024. Both matters will now be heard together on23 April.
