New Delhi, Feb. 4 -- After Oral and lung cancer, prostate cancer is the third-most common type of cancer in India, according to a study by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), published in The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA). Prostate cancer, if detected early, when it's still confined to the gland, has a better chance of successful treatment, pointed out doctors during a conversation with Live Mint.
