New Delhi, May 10 -- Pakistan Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said on Saturday that both countries have agreed to a "full-fledged," not partial ceasefire, ending the heightened tensions between the two countries after four days of deadly strikes. In a statement on X, Ishaq Dar said also asserted that Pakistan has "always strived" for peace and security in the region.
Ishaq Dar said, "Pakistan and India have agreed to a ceasefire with immediate effect. Pakistan has always strived for peace and security in the region, without compromising on its sovereignty and territorial integrity!"
