Wall Street Today, April 17 -- S&P, Nasdaq open higher as US-Japan tariff talks begin; UnitedHealth drags Dow down 1.5%
At 9:30 p.m. (EDT), the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 462.72 points, or 1.17%, to 39,206.67. The S&P 500 rose 29.8 points, or 0.56%, at the open to 5,305.45, while the Nasdaq Composite rose 92.8 points, or 0.57%, to 16,399.973 at the opening bell.
