New Delhi, April 28 -- Vaibhav Suryavanshi became the youngest-ever to score a hundred in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL) when the 14-year-old reached the milestone in just 35 balls against Gujarat Titans in Jaipur on Monday. Playing in place of injured Sanju Samson, Suryavanshi reached the feat with a six of Rashid Khan.
The previous record for youngest IPL centurion was held by Manish Pandey (19 years & 253 days), who scored reached three figures against now-defunct Deccan Chargers in 2009 while playing for Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
