New Delhi, Jan. 3 -- United States issued a 'Level 4' Travel Advisory following its 'large scale strike' against Venezuela, warning Americans against traveling to the South American nation, citing the risk of "wrongful detention, torture in detention, terrorism, kidnapping, arbitrary enforcement of local laws, crime, civil unrest, and poor health infrastructure."
