New Delhi, June 19 -- The US Federal Reserve's FOMC (Federal Open Market Committee) on Wednesday, 18 June 2025, decided to keep the benchmark interest rates maintained and 'unchanged' as the committee cited diminished yet elevated economic uncertainty in the US economy.

The US central bank kept its interest rates unchanged for the fourth consecutive policy announcement since January 2025. The US Fed has maintained its policy stance ever since President Donald Trump made his White House comeback for a second term in 2025.
