New Delhi, Sept. 9 -- Urban Company's Rs.1,900 crore IPO will open for subscription on September 10, 2025, and close on September 12, 2025. The share allotment is expected to be finalized on September 15, 2025, with the listing tentatively scheduled for September 17, 2025, on both BSE and NSE.

The book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 4.58 crore equity shares worth Rs.472 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 13.86 crore shares, aggregating to Rs.1,428 crore. Urban Company said it plans to use the net proceeds from its IPO for developing new technology and enhancing its cloud infrastructure, covering lease payments for office spaces, funding marketing activities, and supporting general corporate purposes.
