New Delhi, Dec. 16 -- Students from several universities across the country have come out in solidarity with their peers at the national capital's Jamia Millia Islamia, who saw themselves at the receiving end of the Delhi Policy while protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). The Supreme Court (SC) on Monday said it will hear a case related to the assault on Jamia students.

Students at Patna University, BHU, IIT Bombay, Tata Institute of Social Science, a university in Lucknow, couple of universities in Hyderabad, joined the protest to express support for Jamia students. Students at Jamia and Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) continue to protest.
