New Delhi, Jan. 21 -- Donald Trump has made a renewed pitch to annex Greenland from Denmark, saying that there is no country in the world that could defend the island like the United States. Calling Denmark "ungrateful" which has refused to let America take control of Greenland, Donald Trump also sought "immediate negotiations" to discuss acquisition of the island.
Speaking at the World Economic Forum, Donald Trump said, "No nation or group of nations is in a position to secure Greenland other than the United States.
