New Delhi, Oct. 26 -- "Every time I speak to Vladimir (Putin), I have good conversations, and then they don't go anywhere," said Donald Trump on Wednesday-his tone betraying exasperation with his "dear friend"-as he announced that a planned meeting with the Russian President in Budapest had been shelved.
Frustrated with the Kremlin for deflating his high spirits just a week after he declared an end to the "long and painful nightmare" of the Israel-Palestine conflict, Trump imposed new sanctions on Moscow, targeting its two largest oil companies-Rosneft and Lukoil-which together account for more than 5% of global oil output.
Incidentally, Rosneft also owns a 49% stake in Nayara Energy that owns and operates the Vadinar refinery in Gujara...
