New Delhi, June 5 -- Tech billionaire Elon Musk, once a close aide to US President Donald Trump, has launched a campaign against Trump's 'Big Beautiful Bill'. Ever since he quit Trump's administration as the head of the US Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), Elon Musk has ramped up his attack on Trump's tax bill. To date, he has made a dozen X posts or reports criticising the bill.

Trump's self-described "big, beautiful bill" encompasses sweeping tax reductions and expands military expenditure. According to AFP, it is expected to add $2.4 trillion to US deficits over a 10-year horizon, despite deep cuts to health and food aid programs.
