New Delhi, Feb. 21 -- Tata Steel has acquired 191 crore equity shares of T Steel Holdings Pte for approximately $300 million (around Rs.2,603.16 crore). Following this acquisition, T Steel will remain a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Steel. The acquisition is part of the company's strategy to strengthen its global presence and expand its portfolio in the steel sector.
