New Delhi, July 14 -- Real estate developer Sobha Ltd has staged an impressive rebound after a lacklustre performance in FY25.
In the June quarter (Q1FY26), the company reported its highest-ever quarterly pre-sales at Rs.2,079 crore-up 11% year-on-year and 13% sequentially. With this, the company crossed the Rs.2,000 crore threshold in pre-sales for the first time.
This recovery was driven by new project launches totalling 1.62 million square feet (msf) in Q1, which included Sobha Aurum, the company's debut in the Greater Noida market, and the final four towers at the Marine One project in Kochi.
