New Delhi, April 4 -- The board of directors for Paisalo Digital is set to meet on Tuesday, April 08, 2025, to discuss the possibility of raising capital through the issuance of equity shares and/or other eligible securities via allowable methods, as per exchange filing of the company. Paisalo Digital share price was down over 3% on Friday's session, the stock touched an intraday low of Rs.33.92 apiece on the BSE, and an intraday high of Rs.35.56 per share.
