New Delhi, March 25 -- Vishal Fabrics share price jumped by over 8% during Tuesday's trading session following the announcement of its investment in Chiripal Textile Mills Pvt Ltd (CTMPL). As per the information provided to the exchanges, the company has purchased 1,73,825 equity shares of CTMPL for Rs.3,49,38,825, at a price of Rs.201 per share, based on a valuation report dated March 24, 2025.

Currently, Vishal Fabrics Ltd (the Company) owns 37.72% of the equity share Capital of M/s. Chiripal Textile Mills Pvt Ltd, which has been recognized as an "Associate Company" of the Company since March 30, 2024, the Ahmedabad-based firm said in its filing.
