Silver rate today, Jan. 9 -- The white metal witnessed a marginal rebound on Friday, January 9, after witnessing massive profit booking in the last two sessions.

Silver prices on the Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX) opened higher at Rs.2,45,600 per kg and reached an intraday peak of Rs.2,47,127 per kg.
