Stock market today, April 25 -- The Indian stock market fell for the second consecutive session on Friday, April 25, on profit booking amid growing tensions between India and Pakistan after the Pahalgam terror attack. The Sensex ended the day 589 points, or 0.74 per cent, lower at 79,212.53, while the Nifty 50 settled at 24,039.35, down 207 points, or 0.86 per cent.
