New Delhi, July 9 -- Samsung officially launched the Galaxy Watch 8 and Galaxy Watch 8 Classic at its Galaxy Unpacked event on Wednesday, 9 July. The new wearables debuted alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, as the South Korean tech company continues to expand its foldable and smartwatch portfolios.

The Galaxy Watch 8 comes in two sizes: 40mm and 44mm, while the Watch 8 Classic is available in a single 46mm variant. Both models introduce a new "squircle" design and are powered by Samsung's latest Exynos W1000 chipset. They ship with One UI 8 Watch based on Wear OS 6.
