Rupee below 90, Dec. 3 -- The Indian rupee slumped past the psychologically important 90 per US dollar mark on Wednesday, December 3, to a fresh record low as weakness in trade and portfolio flows alongside worries over clarity on India-US trade deal kept the currency under pressure.
The rupee weakened to a low of 90.13 per U.S. dollar, eclipsing its previous all-time low of 89.9475 hit on Tuesday.
