New Delhi, Dec. 3 -- Lotus Chocolate Company has informed the exchanges that Reliance Consumer Products Limited (now operating under Tira Beauty Limited as New RCPL) has officially become the new promoter and holding company of the confectionery maker, following the implementation of a composite scheme of arrangement within the Reliance Retail group.

In a regulatory filing, Lotus Chocolate Company said it received a letter dated December 1, 2025, from Tira Beauty Limited (New RCPL), confirming that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, had sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement on November 6, 2025.
