New Delhi, March 25 -- Beyond the mutton biryanis and seekh kebabs, there's a variety of seafood dishes perfect for iftar. These regional specialities often miss mainstream conversations about community foods. Chef Umesh Kumar S.S., executive chef at Niraamaya Retreats Surya Samudra in Kerala, shares two coastal-inspired recipes to add regional flair.
