New Delhi, July 23 -- Realty stock Man Infraconstruction edged higher less than a per cent in Wednesday's trading session after the company announced that board has approved the conversion of 1,58,81,580 convertible warrants into equity shares.

The realty stock opened at Rs.179.85 apiece on National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Wednesday, as compared to previous close of Rs.178.07 on Tuesday. At 9:45 am, Man Infraconstruction share price dipped over 1 per cent to hit an intraday low of Rs.177.93, but quickly rebounded to trade at Rs.179.77 per share.
