New Delhi, March 17 -- A US federal judge has ruled that Prince Harry's US visa records must be made public by Tuesday (March 18), following a Freedom of Information (FOI) request filed by the conservative think-tank The Heritage Foundation.
Judge Carl Nichols ordered the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to release a redacted version of the documents, as per court filings dated March 15, according to UK's Sky News.
The Heritage Foundation has alleged that Prince Harry may have concealed past drug use in his visa application, which they argue should have disqualified him from obtaining a US visa.
