New Delhi, Nov. 15 -- At least three of the 89 BJP candidates who secured a victory in the Bihar Assembly Elections this year have assets worth over Rs.6 lakh, a report by election watchdog Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) revealed on Saturday. The candidate with the highest declared assets boasts a net worth of above Rs.170 crore.

The total assets of 243 winning candidates amount to Rs.2,192.93 crores, with the average assets per winning candidate for 89 BJP winning candidates totaling to Rs.8.68 Crore, mentioned the report.

Results of Bihar Assembly Election 2025- which saw the NDA securing a sweeping victory - were announced on Friday, 14 November.
