New Delhi, Feb. 11 -- The Board of Directors of Standard Capital Markets approved the allotment of NCDs worth Rs.100 crore on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
Pursuant to the earlier intimations, Standard Capital Markets on February 11 said that its Board of Directors have approved the allotment of 10,000 unrated, unlisted, secured NCDs, of face value of Rs.1,00,000/- each at an issue price of Rs.1,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs.1,00,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Hundred Crores Only) on Private Placement basis in terms of Private placement cum application letter.
