New Delhi, March 27 -- Penny stock KBC Global said on Wednesday that the company has withdrawn the record date for the issue of bonus shares. KBC Global share price fell over 2 per cent post announcement, trading at Rs.1.01 apiece on Thursday, March 27.

"This is to inform that in regard with the letter dated March 06,2025, company is withdrawing the 'Record Date' fixed as on March 28,2025, for determining eligible shareholders entitled to receive the Bonus Shares," the company said in an exchange filing on March 26.

In February, KBC Global announced that the board has approved issue of bonus shares ratio of 1:1 (one bonus equity share for every one fully paid equity share of Rs. 1 each).
