New Delhi, March 5 -- Standard Capital Markets share price was locked in at 5% upper circuit at Rs.0.68 apiece on BSE Wednesday after the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) announced the additional deployment of Rs.209 crore to enhance its operations.
