New Delhi, May 9 -- The Indian government has strongly condemned Pakistan for what it described as a reckless and hazardous act of keeping its civilian airspace open while launching a drone and missile assault on multiple Indian cities on Thursday night.

At a press briefing, Wing Commander Vyomika Singh of the Indian Air Force (IAF) detailed the incident, stating that Pakistan initiated an unprovoked aerial attack on 7 May at approximately 8:30 PM, targeting Indian territory with a combination of drones and missiles.
