New Delhi, Feb. 17 -- ICC Champions Trophy 2025 Opening Ceremony: Although the first match of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is yet to begin, the global event officially kicked off at Lahore Fort in Pakistan, on Sunday, with a modest ceremony.
The ICC 2025 tournament in Pakistan marks 30 years since the 1996 World Cup. The ceremony was graced by members of the Pakistan team that won the 2017 Champions Trophy, including former captain Sarfaraz Ahmed, Mohammad Amir, Azhar Ali, Junaid Khan, Shadab Khan, Imad Wasim, Hassan Ali, Mohammad Hafeez, and Haris Sohail.
