New Delhi, June 20 -- Northern Arc Capital share price fell over 4 per cent in Friday's trading session following a significant block deal in the stock.

The stock opened at Rs.203.08 apiece in early morning session, as compared to previous close of Rs.213.88, however, stock touched an intraday low to Rs.197.87.

According to available data, around 2.23 crore shares-representing 13.84 per cent of Northern Arc Capital's total outstanding equity-were traded through a block deal.

The shares exchanged hands at an average price of Rs.197 each, resulting in a total deal value of Rs.440 crore. The identities of the buyers and sellers involved in the transaction remain undisclosed.
