New Delhi, Feb. 26 -- The Mahakumbh Mela, known as the world's largest religious gathering, ends on Wednesday, with the nation observing the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri. United by the spirit of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam', the 45-day Kumbh mela saw more than 66 crore devotees participating in bathing rituals in Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati.
"In the Maha Kumbh-2025, starting 13 January.till today 26 February.in a total of 45 days, more than 66 crore 21 lakh devotees have received the holy benefit of bathing in the holy Triveni. This is unprecedented in world history - unforgettable," Utta Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said.
