New Delhi, July 16 -- ITC Hotels Ltd., the entity formed after the demerger from the diversified conglomerate ITC Ltd., announced its financial results for the April-June quarter on Wednesday, July 16. This marks the company's third quarterly earnings release since the separation from its parent firm.
ITC Hotels reported a 54 per cent year-on-year increase in its net profit for the first quarter of FY26, with profit rising to Rs.133 crore from Rs.87 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The net profit is attributable to the company's owners.
Revenue from operations for the quarter reached Rs.816 crore, marking a 15.5% increase compared to Rs.706 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
