New Delhi, Oct. 29 -- India's two-wheeler market may be revving up again, and the world's largest helmet maker by volume wants a piece of the action. Studds Accessories Ltd, India's dominant helmet brand by both value and volume, opens its Rs.455.5 crore IPO on 30 October, offering investors a play on two-wheeler safety, premiumization, and consumer lifestyle.

The issue, priced between Rs.557 and Rs.585 a share, is a complete offer-for-sale by promoters divesting 7.78 million shares. At the upper end, Studds' market capitalization is pegged at Rs.2,302 crore.
