New Delhi, Feb. 16 -- All eyes are on the global AI Summit to be held in India from February 16 to February 20. Leaders from across the spheres are expected to participate in the event as the world's largest companies aim to expand their presence in what is seen as a critical growth market.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai, Anthropic boss Dario Amodei and Google DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis are all expected to attend, CNBC reported on Sunday.

However, Reuters quoted the company's media agency in India, MSL, as saying in an email that Huang would not be travelling to India due to "unforseen circumstances." Huang was due to address the media in New Delhi on Wednesday.
