New Delhi, Nov. 24 -- HAL share price tanked over 8% in early trade on Monday after a Tejas fighter jet crashed during a demonstration at the Dubai Air Show, 2025. The PSU defence stock declined as much as 8.48% to Rs.4205.25 apiece on the BSE. However, on NSE, HAL share price fell as much as 4.13% to Rs.4,405.00 apiece.

The Tejas fighter jet, built by Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) for the Indian Air Force, crashed during an aerobatic display at low altitude and the pilot Wing Commander Namansh Syal lost his life. A Court of Inquiry by the IAF has been constituted to determine the exact cause of the accident.
