New Delhi, Feb. 12 -- Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL), the state-run defence company, reported a net profit of Rs.1,432.6 crore in the third quarter of FY25, recording a growth of 14.3% from Rs.1,253.5 crore in the year-ago period.

HAL's revenue in Q3FY25 increased 14.8% to Rs.6,957 crore from Rs.6,061 crore, year-on-year (YoY).

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd has also declared the first interim dividend of Rs.25 per equity share of face value of Rs.5 each for the Financial Year 2024-25.

At 2:00 PM, HAL shares were trading 1.37% lower at Rs.3,598.10 apiece on the BSE.
