New Delhi, April 18 -- Gurugram air hostess sexual assault case: In a shocking development of events, the police have arrested a technician working at the Medanta Hospital in Gurugram, in connection with the alleged sexual assault of the 46-year-old flight attendant who was on ventilator support in the hospital.

The accused has been identified as Deepak, 25-years-old, who had joined Medanta five months ago. He is a native of Bihar's Muzaffarpur, who had been living in Gurugram for some time, police officials told PTI.

The accused, Deepak had joined Medanta after completing his bachelor's in Operation Theatre Technology from a private university in Gurugram.
