Gold price today, Sept. 23 -- Gold and silver rates on the MCX jumped to fresh record highs in morning trade on Tuesday, September 23, amid positive global cues and lingering Trump's tariff-related concerns.

MCX Gold October futures jumped over half a per cent to hit a record high of Rs.1,12,820 per 10 grams, while MCX Silver December futures also rose over half a per cent to a record high of Rs.1,34,248 per kg.

MCX Gold October futures traded 0.51 per cent up at Rs.1,12,798 per 10 grams around 10:45 am, while MCX Silver December futures traded 0.51 per cent up at Rs.1,34,238 per kg at that time.
