New Delhi, Oct. 9 -- Bankrupt airline Go First has filed a fresh plea before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Delhi, seeking the release and disclosure of several aircraft components, primarily small tyres and wheels, that it claims are being withheld by maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) firm Air Works India (Engineering) Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of the Adani Group.

The plea, filed by Dinkar Venkatasubramanian, the airline's liquidator, alleges that the MRO firm continues to hold back the components citing unpaid dues. While some of the assets belong to the airline, others belong to its lessors.

After a brief hearing on Thursday, the Delhi NCLT issued a notice to Air Works and sought its response to the plea.
