Indian cricket has long been dominated by influential captains. Coaches like Greg Chappell, Bishan Singh Bedi, and Anil Kumble struggled to assert authority against the likes of Sourav Ganguly, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Virat Kohli, and Rohit Sharma.
