New Delhi, Jan. 21 -- Deepinder Goyal has resigned as Director, Managing Director & CEO of Eternal, effective February 1, 2026. The Board has recommended his name for appointment as Vice Chairman and Director, while Blinkit's Albinder Singh Dhindsa will replace Goyal as the CEO.

The company made the announcement on Wednesday, 21 January, along with its financial results for the quarter ended on 31 December 2025.

Deepinder Goyal will become Vice Chairman and Director of the company after the approval of shareholders, and his term will be five years.

Meanwhile, from 1 February 2026 onwards, current Blinkit CEO Albinder Singh Dhindsa will take charge as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of Eternal.
