New Delhi, Aug. 5 -- US President Donald Trump has said he will soon raise tariffs on India over its continued oil imports from Russia. He claimed the sticking point with India is that the tariffs imposed by New Delhi are too high.

Trump stated he is not concerned about rising oil prices.

"If energy goes down enough, Putin is going to stop killing people," Trump said in an interview on CNBC. "If you get energy down, another $10 a barrel, he's going to have no choice because his economy stinks."
