New Delhi, March 16 -- US President Donald Trump shared an opinion article on Truth Social on Sunday, which featured an upside-down pink triangle-a symbol originally used by the Nazis to identify gay men during the Holocaust and later reclaimed by the LGBTQ+ community.
The article, published in The Washington Times and authored by Jeremy Hunt, chairman of Veterans on Duty, criticised LGBTQ+ pride-focused military recruitment ads. The leading image in the article depicted a television screen displaying an inverted pink triangle crossed out by a red "no" symbol.
Trump shared the article without adding any comment, drawing attention to the visual element of the piece.
