New Delhi, July 4 -- Everyone needs care, but the care needs of some are particularly urgent, and this population is steadily rising. The elderly are projected to reach 158 million in 2025 (UNFPA). There are 158 million children under six (UNICEF), and about 40-90 million people with disabilities (World Bank).

The care of all these segments requires supportive physical and human infrastructure, as it depends on human skill and care-friendly environments at home and outside.
