New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- Charlie Kirk shooter spotted? Several video emerged and currently circulating on social media showing alleged shooter positioned on the rooftop of a nearby building at Utah University just minutes before the assasination bid.

A video that is circulating on social media shows what appears to be a person lying on the roof before the shooting. It is unclear if this person was the shooter, but someone there would have had a clear sight of the conservative leader.
