New Delhi, Feb. 4 -- Union Health Minister JP Nadda, on 4 February, took a swipe at the Opposition, suggesting they needed training on how to function effectively in Parliament. Nadda, who is also the leader of the House in the Rajya Sabha, suggested that the opposition parties should instead learn from him, since he had been in opposition for over 40 years.

Speaking during debate on the Motion of Thanks to the President's address in the Rajya Sabha, the BJP president said he would ask Union minister Jayant Singh to check whether his department had any programme on "skill development" for Opposition parties.
