New Delhi, Feb. 1 -- The Union government plans to undertake transformative reforms in six key domains to spur economic growth and accelerate the country's journey to becoming a developed economy, finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman said announcing the Budget for 2025-26.

"For this journey of development, our four powerful engines are agriculture, micro, small and medium enterprises, investments and exports.," the minister said, adding that the Budget aimed to initiate "transformative reforms across six domains".
