New Delhi, Dec. 30 -- The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Tuesday cancelled the double-header in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), following the death of former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia. The decision taken by the BCB came just before the first match on Tuesday as a mark of respect and nation's mourning.
According to the original schedule, Sylhet Titans were set to face Chattogram Royals at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium while the evening fixture, also at the same venue was between Dhaka Capitals and Rangpur Riders. The BPL 2025-26 started on December 26.
